About ink:
1.Oily based ink
This type of ink used for printing leather, glass, ceramic tile, plastic, metal, wood, canvas etc
Remark:If use oily based ink printing the bellow materials, it's necessary to spray coating on the surface of material before print, that means pretreatment

2.Water based ink
This type of ink used for printing T-shirt, cotton and all kinds of fabric.
It could print directly, no need to spray coating.

After sale service:
1.1 year warranty (Ink-Supply System not included), each machine has one year warranty which means we will change any parts(Except ink-supply system parts like print head) for free within 1 year, and after 1 year we sell parts to clients with favorable price.
2.We could dispatch engineer to your country install the machine for you and help you training operator as well as teach you a lot of skills about machine maintenance.
